T.N.S. Goliad

The sister ship of the Crockett was the Texas Navy’s dirty fighter. It was considered the fastest and most potent ship of it’s time. It’s devious captain, Blackbeard, had a reputation of fighting guerilla style naval battles and systematically eliminating the enemy. The Goliad single-handedly destroyed every ship in Spain’s Quick Reactionary Force, the Expreso de Federal after it’s legendary attack on the T.N.S. Lawrence Sullivan Ross. Using it’s famed techniques, the Goliad singled out and destroyed all twenty of the ships over a period of two years. Unfortunately, it was lost off the coast of Cuba to a Spanish kamikaze a couple of years later.
